Confusion, Indecision, Low self-esteem:

I was completely at a loss when I first saw Mireille. I had focused on my career for many years and it came to an end abruptly when I was made redundant. I was so unprepared for it. I didn’t know what to do with my life after.I had some ideas but I couldn’t focus. I felt confused, stuck, stressed and my confidence was running very low. I knew it was only a matter of time before I suffered a nervous breakdown. In only two coaching sessions Mireille helped me identify my priorities. She taught me how to focus on my objectives and one by one we tackled my self-limiting thoughts. The sessions restored my confidence. Now I feel strong, I know what I want and what I need to do to get it. Thank you so much for the help Mireille.
